The LOIS Advisory Council has rescheduled this
summer's meeting from June to August. If you have
any suggestions for improvements to the system,
please let me know. A date for the next meeting will
be announced soon.

MSA Data Uploaded
Three New MSA's Added to LOIS
Good news! LOIS recently uploaded three new MSA's.
They are as follows:
- Chicago-Naperville-Joliet
- Duluth
- Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington
The Chicago MSA covers Kenosha County, Duluth
covers Douglas County and the Minneapolis MSA
covers both Pierce and St. Croix counties. These
changes will soon be reflected in each of the
Overview pages on the presentation site.
State and County data was also updated as well as
the twelve remaining MSA's.

Requesting All Photos
Feature a Landmark on Forwardwi.com
Occasionally, the photos on Forward Wisconsin's
home page change. If you would like us to include a
famous landmark photo from your area, please e-mail
a copy to Sharon at sseffrood@commerce.state.wi.us.
Ideally, the photo should be in jpg format although
we will accept tif and png file extensions. The
photos should be at least 500 pixels wide by 200
pixels high.

LOIS Enhancements
A Review from May
Enhancements to Presentation Site:
- Alphabetic Search Feature - You can now
more easily search for a community name in a list by
first clicking on the letter that the community name
begins with. This is available in the administration and
presentation site.
- Field Removed - LOIS removed the field
entitled "Customer Served Counts" from the Utilities
section within the Metro & Counties tabs.
- Localities Comments Box Fixed - Previously,
the "comments" box was not showing up in the
Business Growth Status section on the live site.
Comments should now appear in LOIS when you visit
the live presentation site.
